Patients First Medical Equipment dba Reliable Medical Equipment, LLC consists of several companies that are uniquely able to provide true one stop shopping for all medical needs at home. From nebulizers and their medications, diabetic test strips, hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, portable liquid systems, to CPAP and BiPAP units, we have what you need. We carry all traditional home medical equipment as well as the ability to special order anything you need to ensure a comfortable convalesces may need at home. In addition to traditional home medical equipment, Patients First Medical/Reliable Medical also offers a full line of seating and mobility products, from a basic entry level scooter to get around the neighborhood, to a comprehensive tilt/recline digital interface power wheelchair.

We have 5 locations across the state of South Carolina and Georgia that are able to handle all of your medical equipment needs. Another division of Patients First Medical/Reliable Medical able to meet your needs is Kason Richler (K&R Pharmacy). We have a Pharmacy in-house that is available to handle all of your nebulizer medication needs. We have 2 licensed pharmacists on staff that are available to ship your medications directly to your home. We are also able to custom order several types of shoes at the discretion of the consumer.

Our staff includes 2 certified fitters and a certified Orthotist and Prosthetist on hand to answer and fill any of your diabetic and O&P needs. Piedmont Hospice is a division that offers Hospice Care Needs. We have a total of 7 qualified, licensed nurses that are on staff to help families with the care and transistions of loved ones.
